Committee Description:

Advises the Executive Board and the CJA on current trends, proposed changes, and areas needing improvement in family law. Considers and makes recommendations to the Executive Board on proposed legislation, rules, and matters referred by the Executive Board in the area of family law. Provides consultation, testimony, or information for members and outside agencies who request assistance from the Association.
