  • Continuing judicial education is a cornerstone of CJA's program. Approximately 800 judges a year attend the professional seminars offered during the Association's fall Annual Meeting, the Midyear Conference in the spring, an annual Retired Judges Conference, the Rural Judges Forum, and an annual litigation program in conjunction with The Rutter Group. Also offered is a two-week foreign study program for members and guests. Previous locations include Israel; Oxford University; Morelia, Mexico; and Veracruz, Mexico.

These programs offer unique opportunities for bench officers to attend judicial education and network with their peers in a collegial atmosphere.
