Judge Peggy F. Hora: 2009 California Women Lawyer's Rose Bird Award Recipient

Judge Peggy F. Hora (Alameda Superior Court, Ret.) has been selected as the 2009 recipient of the California Women Lawyers Rose Bird Award. The award is given to outstanding women jurists who have set a high bar and tremendous example for women lawyers and judges. The award is named after the Honorable Rose Bird, California's first woman Chief Justice and will be presented at a reception on March 20, 2009.
